Two landmark events – a government concession in the US Vaccine Court, and a groundbreaking scientific paper – confirm that physician, scientist, and Autism Media Channel [AMC] Director, Dr. Andrew Wakefield, and the parents were right all along.

In a recently published December 13, 2012 vaccine court ruling, hundreds of thousands of dollars were awarded to Ryan Mojabi, [i] whose parents described how “MMR vaccinations,” caused a “severe and debilitating injury to his brain, diagnosed as Autism Spectrum Disorder (‘ASD’).”

Later the same month, the government suffered a second major defeat when young Emily Moller from Houston won compensation following vaccine-related brain injury that, once again, involved MMR and resulted in autism. The cases follow similar successful petitions in the Italian and US courts (including Hannah Poling [ii], Bailey Banks [iii], Misty Hyatt [iv], Kienan Freeman [v], Valentino Bocca [vi], and Julia Grimes [vii]) in which the governments conceded or the court ruled that vaccines had caused brain injury. In turn, this injury led to an ASD diagnosis. MMR vaccine was the common denominator in these cases.

And today, scientists and physicians from Wake Forest University, New York, and Venezuela, reported findings that not only confirm the presence of intestinal disease in children with autism and intestinal symptoms, but also indicate that this disease may be novel. [viii] Using sophisticated laboratory methods Dr. Steve Walker and his colleagues endorsed Wakefield’s original findings by showing molecular changes in the children’s intestinal tissues that were highly distinctive and clearly abnormal.

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, part of the NIH, has discontinued the HVTN 505 clinical trial of an investigational HIV vaccine regimen because the vaccine did not prevent HIV infection nor reduce viral load among vaccine recipients who became infected with HIV, according to a NIAID statement.

An independent data and safety monitoring board (DSMB) found that 41 cases of HIV infection occurred in the volunteers who received the investigational vaccine regimen and 30 cases of HIV infection occurred among the placebo vaccine recipients.

Mar. 28, 2013 — Managing bacteria and other microorganisms in the body, rather than just fighting them, may be lead to better health and a stronger immune system, according to a Penn State biologist.

Researchers have historically focused on microbes in the body as primarily pathogens that must be fought, said Eric Harvill, professor of microbiology and infectious disease. However, he said that recent evidence of the complex interaction of the body with microbes suggests a new interpretation of the relationship.

"Now we are beginning to understand that the immune system interacts with far more beneficial bacteria than pathogens," said Harvill. "We need to re-envision what the true immune system really is."

Harvill said that this reinterpretation leads to a more flexible approach to understanding how the immune system interacts with microbes. This approach should balance between defending against pathogens and enlisting the help of beneficial microbes.

The CDC released a “new” study on “Good Friday” just before the Easter holiday weekend that supposedly showed there was no connection between vaccines and autism. One has to wonder on the timing of the announcement of this study, considering the fact that the CDC just released statistics about two weeks ago stating that the rate of autism among school children in the U.S. has now risen to one out of 50.

According to reports, at least 26 children have died and many more have been seriously injured after they were given the 5 in 1 vaccine, Quinvaxem. [1] Newspapers have reported that all of the victims suffered adverse reactions including fevers, vomiting and the appearance of bruises all over their bodies. [2]

Quinvaxem, being offered at no cost to recipients by UNICEF, is a pre-qualified vaccine on trial in developing countries. Currently being given to babies as young as eight weeks of age, this pentavalent vaccine is said to protect infants and young children against diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough, hepatitis B, and Hib (haemophilus influenzae type b).

According to reports, local authorities have suspended all the controversial batches for testing. However, the Health Ministry said there are no problems with the vaccine’s quality, distribution, preservation or administration. [3]

Although deaths have been reported from Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bhutan and India, the World Health Organization (WHO) has stood by the safety of Quinvaxem, stating that all their studies of the vaccine, made in South Korea, affirm its safety!+

Evidence from a single patient infected with the novel avian influenza virus H7N9 points to transmission from live poultry, Chinese researchers reported.

The virus isolated from a 64-year-old man who died from the infection was "almost identical" to that isolated from a chicken taken from a wet market with epidemiological ties to the patient, Lanjuan Li, MD, of Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China, and colleagues reported online in The Lancet.

The finding suggests that live poultry could be the source of the H7N9 outbreak, which has sickened 108 people in eastern China and killed 22 according to the latest official update from the World Health Organization. Investigations into the source are ongoing.

(NaturalNews) Speculation that an emergency vaccine widely administered for H1N1 (swine flu) may have caused a sharp uptick in cases of narcolepsy has been confirmed following the release of a new study out of the U.K. As reported in the British Medical Journal (BMJ), individuals given the Pandemrix vaccine for influenza during the 2009/2010 swine flu "pandemic" had a 1,400 percent increased risk of developing the neurological disorder compared to those not vaccinated.

Drawing from data collected in the aftermath of the vaccine's release, researchers found that the use of Pandemrix, particularly among young people between the ages of four and 18, increased the risk of narcolepsy by a factor of about 14 compared to those who did not get the jab. And the ingredient believed to be primarily responsible for this increase is an adjuvant known as AS03, a squalene-based component used in a number of vaccines produced by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK).

Parents who choose not to vaccinate their children are often chastised and stereotyped for putting their own kids at risk. But what is even stranger than this assault on individual freedom and informed choice, is that these concerned parents are attacked for putting vaccinated children at risk.

These attacks are based on the theory of “herd immunity.” This hypothesis was plucked out of an old college textbook. It states that the more people are immune to an infectious agent, the less likely an immune-compromised individual is to come in contact with it. (NaturalNews) An ongoing study out of Germany comparing disease rates among vaccinated and unvaccinated children points to a pretty clear disparity between the two groups as far as illness rates are concerned. As reported by the group Health Freedom Alliance, children who have been vaccinated according to official government schedules are up to five times more likely to contract a preventable disease than children who developed their own immune systems naturally without vaccines.

Released as its own preliminary study back in September 2011, the survey includes data on 8,000 unvaccinated children whose overall disease rates were compared to disease rates among the general population, the vast majority of which has been vaccinated. And in every single disease category, unvaccinated children fared far better than vaccinated children in terms of both disease prevalence and severity. In other words, the evidence suggests that vaccines are neither effective nor safe.

"No study of health outcomes of vaccinated people versus unvaccinated has ever been conducted in the U.S. by CDC or any other agency in the 50 years or more of an accelerating schedule of vaccinations (now over 50 doses of 14 vaccines given before kindergarten, 26 doses in the first year)," wrote Louis Rain back in 2011 for Health Freedom Alliance about the survey.

After Congress passed the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (PL99-660) in 1986, a postmarketing safety surveillance program called Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) was set in place in 1990 to collect information about adverse events or side effects attributed to vaccines licensed and administered in the United States.

Since VAERS' inception, over 350,000 adverse reports have been reported. The federal Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, better known as "vaccine court," has just awarded millions of dollars to two children with autism for "pain and suffering" and lifelong care of their injuries, which together could cost tens of millions of dollars.

The government did not admit that vaccines caused autism, at least in one of the children. Both cases were "unpublished," meaning information is limited, and access to medical records and other exhibits is blocked. It has now been officially confirmed that in December 2012, 38 children were hospitalized after receiving the meningitis vaccine, MenAfriVac, during a vaccination campaign arranged by the Chadian government. Vermont has declared a statewide epidemic of whooping cough that started in 2012 and has continued into the year 2013. To date there has been a total of 612 confirmed cases of pertussis of which 90% have been vaccinated against the bacteria with the Tdap vaccine. The New England Journal of Medicine released a study that parallels this outbreak showing that of the confirmed cases of whooping cough the majored of them, 80%, had received multiple Tdap vaccinations most receiving 5 or 6 doses. The mainstream media have decided the only way to prevent the spread of the bacteria is to have everyone get their vaccinations refusing to acknowledge the overwhelming connection between vaccinated patients and outbreak victims.

So what are the arguments in favor of shedding the mass fear that has been ingrained since the 1960s when the vaccines became available, prior to which measles was an acceptable childhood illness? In the developed world, mortality was reduced over 98% before the vaccine came along and before antibiotics were available. In England and in the United States, the chance of dying from measles had dropped to 1-2% by the 1930s.[1]

Immunology textbooks[2] point out that children who can’t make antibodies, usually get through measles as well as children who can, because it’s the innate or cellular immune system that is the key for measles (or any first time disease for that matter) not the humoral or the antibody system.

One of the most disconcerting discoveries in clinical medicine was the finding that children with congenital agammaglobulinaemia, who could make no antibody and had only insignificant traces of immunoglobulin in circulation, contracted measles in normal fashion, showed the usual sequence of symptoms and signs, and were subsequently immune. No measles anti-body was detectable in their serum (the water part of blood minus clotting factors and cells).[3]

The vaccine court can be a hostile place not only for petitioners but for their expert witnesses too.

Take the case of Dr. Derek Smith. A neurologist and assistant professor at Harvard Medical School, Smith had been retained to testify for people with transverse myelitis, a potentially paralyzing neurological disorder.

Smith said he was "highly confident" that the tetanus vaccine could trigger the ailment in certain vulnerable individuals. Officials with the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program strongly disagreed.

Petitioners in vaccine court can have a tough time finding top experts, in part because many doctors are reluctant to say vaccines can cause harm. But Smith had no such qualms.

"He was so smart," said Sylvia Chin-Caplan, a lawyer for dozens of victims of the neurological ailment. "I had somebody who had academic credentials, who did research and had a clinical practice," she said. "Those are the best people you can get."

Then Smith quit.

According to court papers and interviews, Smith decided to bail out after complaints were lodged with his superiors by three other experts with a long history of testifying for the government in vaccine court.

The state has granted powers to individuals though the use of titles, uniforms and badges; in this instance both ‘social worker’ and ‘police officer’ are the titles used to seize custody of Jodi Ferris’s newborn child after she questioned the hospitals ‘safety plan’. Once in the custody of the state the baby was injected with a Hepatitis B vaccination and the mother was evicted from the hospital and forced to stay in the parking lot, only permitted to return every three hours to breast feed her newborn daughter.

The next morning the court system determined this was a violation of Constitutional laws and the baby was immediately returned to the custody of her parents with no mention of the possible damage done to her immune system after receiving this toxic concoction.

A RECORD number of people died last year after suffering possible side-effects of the flu jab, health service figures reveal.

In 2011 there were 10 deaths linked to the vaccine, compared with 18 from 2008 to 2010.

In total 458 cases were reported last year where the patient had a suspected adverse drug reaction to the flu jab, up fourfold on 108 cases in 2009. These include asthma attacks and chest infections.

It’s on every major news outlet. The alarm is being sounded. People are dying. The mayor of Boston has called it an emergency in his city.

Now imagine what the coverage would be like if they reported on the flu like they do on autism.

First of all, officials wouldn’t be sure if there really were more people with flu or if it was just better diagnosing of illnesses that they used to call other things. They’d also claim the diagnosis has been expanded and that’s why it looks like more people have the flu. And in the midst of the outbreak, officials would be working feverously to change the accepted symptoms of the flu.

Most of all, no one would be worried. They’d never use words like “emergency, “ “crisis,” and “widespread outbreak.” They’d only be mildly concerned and view the whole thing as an medical curiosity that we have all the time in the world to look at. Of course, no one would acknowledge people are actually suffering with the flu. We’d only see smiling faces of people who are purported to have the disease.

2013 was only a few days old when I saw a photo of 61-year old Ethel Hoover. . veteran hospital nurse, who had only missed 4 or 5 days of work in 22 years, she was fired from her job for declining to get a flu shot.

Defending Freedom of Conscience

On her last day of work, she wore black. In the photo, she was standing straight, looking directly into the camera, unafraid, signaling strong ownership of the principled choice she made in defense of autonomy, [1] freedom of conscience [2] [3] and protection of bodily integrity. [4]

“This is my body,” she said. “I have a right to refuse the flu vaccine.” [5]

Punishment: No Shots, No Job

The Methodist-founded Indiana University Health Goshen Hospital rejected the medical and religious exemptions Ethel filed so they could punish her for obeying her conscience and choosing to stay healthy another way. Refusing to respect her beliefs or superior health and work attendance record, they cited the “no shots, no job” vaccine mandates being pushed by public health officials and Pharma-funded medical trade groups [6] as a reason to fire her.

Eight employees, including at least three veteran nurses, have been fired by Goshen Hospital, in Goshen, Indiana, for refusing the flu vaccine. A religious exemption is available, but was denied because these employees did not meet the criteria for religious protection established by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. "What gives the EEOC the authority to define what constitutes an acceptable religious belief?" asks Jane M. Orient, M.D., executive director of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS). AAPS opposes vaccine mandates, believing that patients and healthcare workers have the right to refuse medical treatment.

MONTPELIER — The Vermont Health Department has softened a rule affecting parents who want to skip vaccinations for their children, after some of those parents complained that asking them to sign a form talking about the risks and benefits of the shots amounted to unconstitutional “compelled speech,” a health official told lawmakers Thursday.

Deputy Health Commissioner Tracy Dolan said an earlier draft required parents seeking an exemption from vaccinations to sign a form acknowledging that they “understand that failure to complete the schedule (of shots) increases the risk to the person and others.”

Parents now will only be required to say they have read the department’s educational materials on vaccines, Dolan told the Legislative Committee on Administrative Rules. They will have to sign a form each year that says: “I have reviewed and understand the Required Parent Education Information developed by the Vermont Department of Health.”

Committee members voted to accept the department’s revised rules after the panel’s chairman, Rep. Richard Marek, a Newfane Democrat and lawyer, said he believed the revisions described by Dolan addressed the constitutional concerns.

The joint committee, made up of House and Senate members, reviews executive agency rules to be sure they comply with the intent of laws passed by the Legislature. If the committee objects to a rule, the executive agency can implement it anyway, but the committee objection would give anyone suing the state over the rule a stronger leg to stand on in court.

(NaturalNews) Recent data presented to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) Advisory Committee on Children's Vaccines has revealed some shocking information about the effects of the H1N1 / swine flu vaccine on pregnant women. According to the report, the rate of miscarriage among pregnant women during the 2009 H1N1 / swine flu pandemic soared by over 700 percent compared to previous years, pointing directly to the vaccine as the culprit -- but the CDC denies the truth and continues to insist nobody has been harmed.

According to the CDC, nearly 50 percent of all pregnant women were vaccinated with the H1N1 vaccine during the 2009 / 2010 influenza season. Those whose physicians instructed them to get a seasonal flu shot were three times more likely to get it, while those instructed specifically to get the H1N1 shot were ten times more likely to get it. And the numbers clearly show that along with the rise in vaccinations due to the H1N1 scare came the sharp increase in miscarriages, including a slew of actual reported adverse events.

But the CDC does not seem to care about the facts, as numerous reports indicate the agency has failed to report any of this vital information to vaccine suppliers. In fact, when presented with the data for the third time, Dr. Marie McCormick, chair of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Vaccine Risk and Assessment Working Group, actually had the audacity to claim that there were no vaccine-related adverse events in pregnant women caused by the vaccine.

CINCINNATI —One of Cincinnati’s largest employers fired approximately 150 employees Wednesday for failing to get a required flu shot. TriHealth offered all of its 10,800 employees free flu shots. Employees had a month to get the flu shot. The deadline was Nov. 16. Employees who did not get the shot were terminated Wednesday, a company spokesperson said.

Employees who were terminated can appeal to be reinstated after receiving the shot.

CINCINNATI —Nearly a week after 150 employees were reported to have been let go, TriHealth is clarifying a dust-up over mandatory flu shots.

TriHealth spokesman Jeff Stewart said no employees were fired.

He said letters were sent out last week to 150 employees stating that they need to get the flu shot by Dec. 3 -- the official start of the flu season.

Officials said that since that notice, 82 employees have either received the shot or provided a valid reason why they couldn't get the shot.

Stewart said those reasons are either based on religious beliefs or are health related, such as allergies to the flu vaccine.

TriHealth said 59 of the remaining 68 employees are optional, meaning they are agency employees who work with the company on a temporary basis.

Administrators said those workers still need to receive the flu shot or provide a valid reason not to.

Stewart said nine other workers still need to get the shot or provide a reason by Dec. 3.

Officials said any employee who completes the approved paperwork to skip the shot must wear a mask when working around patients.

Documentation received from the National Coalition of Organized Women (NCOW) states that between 2009 and 2010 the mercury-laden combined flu vaccinations have increased Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting Systems (VAERS) fetal death reports by 4,250 percent in pregnant women. Eileen Dannemann, NCOW’s director, made abundantly clear that despite these figures being known to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the multiple-strain, inactivated flu vaccine containing mercury (Thimerosal) has once again been recommended to pregnant women as a safe vaccination this season.

Outraged by the CDC’s total disregard for human life, Ms. Dannemann accused the CDC of ‘willful misconduct,’ saying that they are responsible for causing the deaths of thousands of unborn babies. She stated that the CDC deliberately misled the nation’s obstetricians and gynecologists and colluded with the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology (AJOG) to mislead the public by advertising the flu vaccine as a safe vaccine for pregnant women when they knew fully well that it was causing a massive spike in fetal deaths.

In a letter to Dr. Joseph Mercola, Ms. Dannemann wrote:

“Not only did the CDC fail to disclose the spiraling spike in fetal death reports in real time during the 2009 pandemic season as to cut the fetal losses, but also we have documented by transcript Dr. Marie McCormick, chairperson of the Vaccine Safety Risk Assessment Working Group (VSRAWG) on September 3, 2010, denying any adverse events in the pregnant population during the 2009 Pandemic season.” [1]

Italy and Switzerland halted sales of Novartis AG’s (NOVN) flu vaccines after the company informed Italian authorities of a buildup of particles in the shots. Novartis said the products are safe.

Novartis didn’t provide enough information for officials to know the exact makeup of the proteins found in the Agrippal and Fluad shots, or their impact on the quality and safety of the vaccine, Italy’s Health Ministry said today in a statement. There have been no reports of illness because of the particles, officials said.

The vaccines present “quality defects that are potentially dangerous for public health,” the ministry said. Italy’s medicines agency AIFA “has established the need for further tests regarding the quality and security” of the vaccines, according to an earlier statement from the ministry.

It’s also damns the quality of flu vaccine studies by saying that the vast majority of trials were inadequate. The authors stated that the only ones showing benefit were industry-funded. They also pointed out that the industry-funded studies were more likely to be published in the most prestigious journals … and one more thing: They found cases of severe harm caused by the vaccines, in spite of inadequate reporting of adverse effects.

The study, Vaccines for preventing influenza in healthy adults, is damning of the entire pharmaceutical industry and its minions: the drug testing industry and the medical system that both relies on and promotes them.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Parents who send their children to private schools in California are much more likely to opt out of immunizations than their public school counterparts, an Associated Press analysis has found, and not even the recent re-emergence of whooping cough has halted the downward trajectory of vaccinations among these students.

The state surveys all schools with at least 10 kindergartners to determine how many have all the recommended immunizations. The AP analyzed that data and found the percentage of children in private schools who forego some or all vaccinations is more than two times greater than in public schools.

A comparison of fetal-loss reports in the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) during three consecutive influenza seasons shows there was a synergistic toxicity causing spontaneous abortions (SAB) and stiillbirths (SB) following the Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommendations of pandemic and influenza vaccines administered to pregnant women.

An overwhelming majority of pregnant women who visit the doctor's office are now refusing the flu vaccine over fears it will harm their fetus and their fears are now scientifically justified. More than 90% of all expecting mothers will now say no to the flu vaccine due to fear of miscarriage and delivery of toxic byproducts to their unborn child.

In 2011, Dr. Alessandro Bertoucci who analyzed the practices of 256 physicians treating more than 600,000 patients, reported that a staggering 91% of pregnant women are declining influenza vaccines due to fears of miscarriage and suspected toxins in the vaccine itself.

A study published last year in the Human and Experimental Toxicology journal found a direct statistical correlation between higher vaccine doses and infant mortality rates. It was a confirmation that many anti-vaccine advocates have long awaited and further establishes and adds to preliminary evidence that vaccinations are toxic poisons having no place in the human body.

The featured article in the latest newsletter from Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) gets straight to the point with its headline:1 Back to School – Is the Child Sitting Next to Yours Immunized?

The article goes on to berate vaccine exemption options and parents who use personal belief exemptions to opt-out of vaccines for their children. It stops short of ordering parents to march into their children's classrooms and demand to know who's vaccinated and who's not (health privacy laws prevent that anyway).

It peppers you with enough scare tactics – along with links to information on vaccine exemptions and states that allow personal belief exemptions – to leave readers convinced they need to do something to stop vaccine exemptions.

According to testimony presented via international video link before a coroner’s inquest in Wellington, New Zealand, (August 9 NZ) by Dr. Sin Hang Lee (August 8 USA), a pathologist on the medical staff of Milford Hospital in the State of Connecticut, “residual HPV DNA fragments from the viral gene or plasmid injected with Gardasil®” have been found six months after that vaccination (series) was given to Jasmine Renata. Ms. Renata, a teenager, died in her sleep of unknown and unexplained causes. An autopsy was performed to determine cause of death.

A website providing information on childhood immunisation for parents has been told by the Advertising Standards Authority to take down a report that the MMR vaccine is linked to causes of autism, reports the Telegraph.

Babyjabs.co.uk posted information that said the vaccine “could be causing autism in up to 10% of autistic children in the UK”.

The website’s medical director, Dr Richard Halvorsen, claims in a book The Truth About Vaccines that research “has been unable to exclude the possibility that [MMR] is causing autism in a small number of susceptible children”.

In 1967, the World Health Organization(WHO) initiated a world-wide eradication campaign against smallpox. In that year, some 131,000 cases of smallpox were reported to WHO from 42 countries. It was understood that this number could have represented only some 5% of the total number of cases. What was the possible motivation for such an ambitious program?

Side effects and ineffectiveness of smallpox vaccination have been the main smallpox issue discussed in medical papers for a long time. In 1928, the British Medical Journal (14 January:74) published an article by Garrow showing that the fatality rate among the vaccinated cases of smallpox in England and Wales in 1923 and 1926, in those over 15 years of age, was higher than among the unvaccinated. This stirred a lively discussion, published on 21 January 1928 (BMJ; 115-116). Among the comments are those of Percy Stocks, who considered waning vaccine immunity the reason for increased mortality among those of 15 years of age. He tried to imply that although dying within 2 months of contracting smallpox, victims could have died of other causes.

Folks, the Amish communities are being pressed to get vaccinated. As they assimilate to "English" ways--more out of financial need than anything else--that include schooling and use of English doctors, it won't be long before the Amish, too, will be reporting more and more autism. I'm so concerned about this I'm thinking of asking my new employer if there isn't some way I could do an investigative story with these folks before it's too late. And I promise you, having lived in this area nearly 20 years now, it is soon going to be too late.

Researchers, led by Vancouver's Dr. Danuta Skowronski, an influenza expert at the B.C. Centre for Disease Control, noticed in the early weeks of the pandemic that people who got a flu shot for the 2008-09 winter seemed to be more likely to get infected with the pandemic virus than people who hadn't received a flu shot.

Five studies done in several provinces showed the same unsettling results. But initially research outside Canada did not, and the effect was dismissed as a "Canadian problem," a problem with the flu vaccine used in Canada.

Skowronski, who outlined the work at a webcast press conference, worked with 32 ferrets, giving half the 2008 seasonal flu shot and the rest a placebo injection. The work was blinded, meaning the researchers didn't know which ferrets received which shot. Later, all the ferrets were infected with the pandemic H1N1 virus.

The ferrets in the vaccine group became significantly sicker than the other animals, though all recovered.

Newborn babies may be vaccinated against whooping cough after the number of cases in England and Wales trebled in the last year, health bosses have said.

There have already been 3,500 cases of the disease this year, with tiny babies most at risk.

Six of those involved the deaths of infants under three months, compared to five in 2008.

Millionaire vaccine inventor and mandatory vaccine advocate Paul Offit recently released a short VIDEO for doctors on medscape. Here is a transcript of the speech. This statement that outlines Offit’s personal belief system could be a prelude to the legal removal of all philosophical and religious vaccine exemptions in the United States of America. This is something that Offit has been working toward for years, and the likely end-purpose of his series of books. Paul Offit believes that exempting your child from vaccination is morally reprehensible. He considers himself an authority on autism, all infectious diseases, morality, history, every religious system, and infant immunology. You may also recognize Dr Offit as the one who says that all vaccines are perfectly safe and infants can tolerate theoretically 10,000 of them at once:

“A more practical way to determine the diversity of the immune response would be to estimate the number of vaccines to which a child could respond at one time…. each infant would have the theoretical capacity to respond to about 10, 000 vaccines at any one time.” [1]

The status accorded to him by the pharmaceutical and medical fields permits him to influence the opinions and practice of lower rung physicians regarding vaccine exemptions. Unfortunately, even doctors will simply believe the “expert”[2] without bothering to go and check their own medical literature, to see if the self-proclaimed expertise has a solid scientific foundation. The headline generating paper published this week in a leading scientific journal, Kong, Augustine et al. 2013. “Rate of de novo mutations and the importance of father’s age to disease risk.” Nature 488(7412):471–475, has been promoted relentlessly in the mainstream media being featured, among other prominent venues, as the lead front page story in the New York Times. The Nature scientific paper purports to show data supporting a link between children born to older fathers and disease, specifically autism and schizophrenia.

The paper is based on the evaluation of the genetic makeup of 219 individuals, claiming significance for the finding that older fathers possessing a higher number of de novo genetic mutations than younger fathers produce more offspring with autism and schizophrenia. The purported association between older fathers and children with autism is being touted as a breakthrough finding that helps to explain the rise in the incidence of autism over the last two decades. The finding is claimed to support a genetic etiology for autism.

The number of cases of measles has almost doubled following two outbreaks of the illness, health officials said.

In England and Wales there were 964 cases in the first six months of this year - compared to 497 during the same period in 2011, the Health Protection Agency (HPA) said.

A spokesman said the cases have been associated with ongoing outbreaks in Merseyside and Sussex, and a small number of cases have occurred in England's travelling communities.

The number of cases of rubella - also known as German measles - have also increased.

"FLUENZ should not be administered to children and adolescents with severe asthma or active wheezing because these individuals have not been adequately studied in clinical studies.

“My 18 year old Daughter had all three shots and not long completed the third, she complained of weakness in her arm, headaches, dizziness, heart racing ,and pins and needles in her hands . All within the last 6 months ,we reasoned all the tell tale signs. She died in her sleep on the 22nd of September 2009. She had none of these symptoms with any other immunization. We are all still filled with disbelief as she was so healthy, never smoked and hardly drank, a workaholic, Jasmine luvu4eva!!”

Jasmine’s medical records show that she had her first HPV vaccine on the 18th of September 2008 around the 20th of October she developed warts on her hand and very dry skin on both hands and lips – the Doctor noted that it was not eczema and prescribed ‘multivitamins to increase immunity, and burnt the warts off with liquid nitrogen – her temperament changed and she became very agitated over this time – it was put down to having ugly warts and rough skin – “she hated them”

Startling new research published in the journal Apoptosis indicates that hepatitis B vaccine, which is designed to prevent Hepatitis B virus-induced damage to the liver, actually causes liver cell destruction.

In the study titled “Hepatitis B vaccine induces apoptotic death in Hepa1-6 cells,” researchers set out to “…establish an in vitro model system amenable to mechanistic investigations of cytotoxicity induced by hepatitis B vaccine, and to investigate the mechanisms of vaccine-induced cell death.”

They found the hepatitis B vaccine induced a “loss of mitochondrial integrity, apoptosis induction, and cell death” in liver cells exposed to a low dose of adjuvanted hepatitis B vaccine. The adjuvant used was aluminum hydroxide, which is increasingly being identified as a contributing cause of autoimmune disease in immunized populations.

Another study published in the journal Hepatogastroentology in 2002, observed that Hepatitis B vaccination was statistically associated with gastrointestinal reactions including: hepatitis, gastrointestinal disease and liver function test abnormalities in comparison to other vaccine control groups.

Following on from the medieval war of words on measles, lies, emotional blackmail, weasel words and chameleon science is also being purveyed in the whooping cough battle.

Starting with the most obvious, is Vaccinet’s trumpeting headline about a Washington whooping cough outbreak recently that: "Anti-vaccine movement causes the worst whooping cough epidemic in 70 years." Meanwhile other provaccine sites –while taking the line that everyone should have their pertussis shots with breakfast, no matter what age – at least have the decency not to lie in the text, even if the videos are outright blackmail. Who in their right mind would leave a baby coughing, on their backs?. The medical profession says, about the Washington outbreak, that:

Tom Skinner, a spokesman for the CDC, said that although it may come to mind, the outbreaks are probably not the result of the increase in the number of parents choosing not to vaccinate their children from certain diseases. …..

“It’s not likely that vaccine refusal is having a large role in this,” he said. “Pertussis is a bacterium that’s cyclical in nature. We see these outbreaks from time to time as immunity wanes in our populations.”

It only comes to mind, because they say it does and have programmed people to believe it does, with people like Offit constantly using the term "how the anti-vaccine movement threatens us all". However, the war of words goes much deeper than that. It permeates the medical literature as well, and is partly a measure to cover their tracks.

The chance of a woman getting ovarian disease may be tied to the toxic chemicals her great-grandmother was exposed to. That’s according to a new study by researchers at Washington State University. The study could help explain the role of environmental factors in inherited diseases. Here’s how it works. Picture your great-grandmother. Now let’s say, while pregnant with your future grandparent, she was exposed to some toxic chemical. Pesticides, phthalates — that stuff in plastic — or maybe jet fuel. Those are some of the things the researchers looked at. It could be that something happens in your still-developing grandparent. Not in the DNA itself. This isn’t a genetic mutation. Rather, the toxic substance may alter the chemistry surrounding the DNA — that is, the programing that determines whether a gene is switched on or off. And researcher Michael Skinner found, at least in rats, a switch gets flipped that promotes ovarian disease for generations down the line. “This suggests that environmental compounds and what your ancestors were exposed to — might actually promote a disease in you. And you’re going to pass it on to your children,” Skinner says. Skinner says the same mechanism could also be contributing to rising cancer rates. The study was published in the journal PLoS One. Abstract
The actions of environmental toxicants and relevant mixtures in promoting the epigenetic transgenerational inheritance of ovarian disease was investigated with the use of a fungicide, a pesticide mixture, a plastic mixture, dioxin and a hydrocarbon mixture. After transient exposure of an F0 gestating female rat during embryonic gonadal sex determination, the F1 and F3 generation progeny adult onset ovarian disease was assessed. Transgenerational disease phenotypes observed included an increase in cysts resembling human polycystic ovarian disease (PCO) and a decrease in the ovarian primordial follicle pool size resembling primary ovarian insufficiency (POI). The F3 generation granulosa cells were isolated and found to have a transgenerational effect on the transcriptome and epigenome (differential DNA methylation). Epigenetic biomarkers for environmental exposure and associated gene networks were identified. Epigenetic transgenerational inheritance of ovarian disease states was induced by all the different classes of environmental compounds, suggesting a role of environmental epigenetics in ovarian disease etiology.

PARENTS across Australia will no longer receive free whooping cough vaccinations because it is not effective in protecting newborns from the potentially deadly illness, a parliamentary committee has heard.

Since 2009 all states and territories except Tasmania have at some stage introduced the free parental vaccination program in an effort to shield infants from the illness.

Whooping cough, a highly infectious airborne bacterial disease, can kill if complications cause lack of oxygen to the brain.

It is most serious in babies under a year old, with newborns susceptible as they are unable to be vaccinated until they are at least four months old.

But at a Victorian Parliamentary Accounts and Estimates Committee hearing on Tuesday, Department of Health divisional executive director Chris Brook said states were abandoning the "cocooning" program from June 30.

He said the national Pharmaceutical Benefits Advisory Committee (PBAC) had determined vaccinating parents was not effective in protecting newborns, after two pharmaceutical manufacturers made submissions to the PBAC.

Pediatricians in Canada are starting to discharge children whose parents refuse to have them vaccinated.

More and more, doctors are taking a stand when their medical advice is being ignored, said Dr. Hirotaka Yamashiro, chair of the pediatrics section for the Ontario Medical Association and president of the Pediatricians Alliance of Ontario.

“There have been some pediatricians who are very concerned about that, and may not take on the patient in the beginning,” Yamashiro said. “If you are going to fundamentally disagree with one of the things I think is good for your child, what else are we going to have a problem with?”

Of her more than 3,000 patients, Kamalia says she discharges less than 1 per cent, basically those with parents who “adamantly refuse” immunization. Doctors have the right to end a relationship with a patient when there is a “breakdown of trust and respect,” according to the Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons.

FRIDAY, April 20 (HealthDay News) -- Half-siblings of children with autism are at increased risk for the disorder, according to a recent study that provides new genetic clues about autism.

Previous research has shown that full siblings of children with autism are also at higher risk for the developmental disability. The new finding may not be surprising -- given that half-siblings share about 25 percent of their genes -- but provides new clues to how autism is inherited.

The study included more than 5,000 U.S. families enrolled in a nationwide autism registry in which there was a child with autism and at least one other sibling. Included were 619 families with at least one maternal half-sibling, meaning the children shared the same mother but not the same father. The researchers compared autism recurrence among the half-siblings to the rate among the full siblings.

The findings also suggest that in many families, the transmission of autism from parents to children is the result of the effects of many genes, with each contributing a small proportion of the risk, he said.

Background: Background: In most countries rates of immunizations of health care workers with recommended vaccines are not satisfactory.

Objectives: To identify reasons behind the low rates of compliance of Israeli nurses in Mother and Child Healthcare Centers (MCHC) with an official request for pertussis vaccination.

Methods: Three focus groups were conducted. Qualitative analysis identified themes that could explain the nurses’ non-compliance.

Results: Trust in health authorities was low, mainly following the A/H1N1 purported influenza pandemic. In addition, nurses did not see the importance of being role models for the public and demanded the autonomy to decide whether to receive vaccinations. The nurses differentiated between their role asnurses and their personal life, expressed fear of new vaccines and exhibited low levels of risk perception. Misconceptions regarding vaccinations were expressed by the nurses.

Conclusions: Antivaccinationist ideas were expressed by MCHC nurses and these attitudes may have led to non-compliance with vaccination guidelines.

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation program in India was promoted as "The Last Mile: Eradicating polio in India." The promotional video displayed numbers showing thousands of cases of polio in India decades ago, with the number of cases dropping to 42 by 2010. But it appears that wild polio virus stats have been traded for polio from vaccines and non-polio acute flaccid paralysis (NPAFP).

In India, over 47,000 cases of NPAFP were reported in 2011. The paralysis symptoms of NPAFP are practically the same as what's attributed to "eradicated" wild virus polio. Apparently, vaccine polio viruses also cause polio paralysis.

Expert medical pediatricians in India have criticized the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation for their illusory promise of polio eradication without noting the devastating side effects its vaccination regiment could inflict.

Numerous problems have surfaced from what Dr. Neetu Vashisht and Dr. Jacob Puliyel of the Department of Paediatrics at St Stephens Hospital in Delhi have termed an “unethical” advocacy that spanned more than a decade. That vaccination program, funded only through an initial series of grants, has saddled the Indian government with health program costs and exposed the public to new risk factors.

As these doctors point out in their criticism, polio while seemingly disappearing, could easily see a sudden return in weaponized form. Since its lab synthesis in 2002, its resurrection is deemed probable and perhaps imminent, thereby rendering the disease impossible to permanently eradicate and immunization efforts ineffective and costly.

KIM LANDERS: The Australian Medical Association says there is no excuse for medical professionals giving banned vaccines to children.

The Federal Health Department has confirmed that the CSL product, Fluvax has been given to children under the age of five causing one confirmed and two suspected adverse reactions.

The Therapeutic Goods Administration banned the use of Fluvax for young children two years ago because it caused seizures and the Federal Health Department says GPs were given clear instructions not to use the product.

(Reuters Health) - During a whooping cough outbreak in California in 2010, immunized children between eight and 12 years old were more likely to catch the bacterial disease than kids of other ages, suggesting that the childhood vaccine wears off as kids get older, according to new research.

Dr Archie Kalokerinos died on 1st March, 2012, at the age of 85.

How many people even realise that so many people thoughts so well of him, that he appeared on Television's "This is Your Life"?

Looking through all the video footage and photos of Archie, and going through the memories, it's hard to know what to say, or where to start, because his death just brings a lump to the throat. Archie was an exceptional man, of tremendous courage and convictions, with so many talents. Few know, that one of his hobbies was making the most beautiful wooden furniture. Perhaps the best word to describe Archie would be "fearless". Others might say "stubborn". Why? Because hypocrisy and lies were a major red rag to Archie, particularly in relation to the medical profession, the law and politics.

If ever a person deserved a Nobel Prize, Archie did, but because so much of what he "practiced" as medicine, made fools of the medical system as it is today, his only nominees would be the people whose lives he saved, and those who knew him intimately.

The word ‘virus' comes from the Latin for a poisonous liquid, and before that from the Sanskrit for the same. The hunt for them started when, towards the end of the 19th century, it was suggested that invisible living particles much smaller than bacteria might cause the epidemic illnesses for which no bacterial cause could be found. When the electron microscope found tiny particles in the blood serum of patients entering and leaving human cells, this was a Eureka Moment. The prediction was surely about to be proved true. These particles were assumed to be invading and hijacking our cells in order to reproduce. They were thus all condemned as poisons, as ‘viruses.'

As more of these were searched for and found in sick people, many illnesses became blamed on them. They became the invisible enemy, the nano-terrorist we must fear. We were instructed that one of our first duties for our newborn children is to vaccinate them against this dreaded foe. Thus was created an ever-growing multibillion-dollar pharmaceutical industry.

But, as I have travelled through the science that underlies this industry, I have gradually learnt to ask questions. I now realise that there is another way to see this story that fits all the data. I have learnt from biologists that our cells naturally produce viral-like particles without being invaded or infected, both when healthy and sick. Currently such particles are named by asking what illnesses they cause as if this is their raison d'être, their only importance, the sole reason for cells making them. They would be named far more positively and comprehensively by asking what cells produce them and for what purpose.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates that 1 in 88 children in the United States, and 1 in 49 children in New Jersey, have been identified as having an autism spectrum disorder (ASD), according to a new study released today. Autism spectrum disorders are almost five times more common among boys than girls – with 1 in 54 boys identified.

The number of children identified with ASDs ranged from 1 in 210 children in Alabama to 1 in 47 children in Utah. The largest increases were among Hispanic and black children.

The report, “Prevalence of Autism Spectrum Disorders – Autism and Developmental Disabilities Monitoring Network, 14 Sites, United States, 2008,” provides autism prevalence estimates from 14 areas. It was published today in the Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report.

“This information paints a picture of the magnitude of the condition across our country and helps us understand how communities identify children with autism,” said Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius. “That is why HHS and our entire administration has been working hard to improve the lives of people living with autism spectrum disorders and their families by improving research, support, and services.”

HOUSTON - From "Scary" to "Horrifying”: that's how many view newly released autism numbers from the Center for Disease Control. Five years ago, one out of 150 children was challenged with some form of autism.

Today, the number is one in 88.

"The way I view it, the CDC has abjectly failed our children. There has been a 78 percent increase in autism in this decade.

This week, the Canary Party expects CDC to announce a new autism prevalence rate of 1 in 88. As boys are diagnosed with autism at more than four times the rate of girls, this translates to 1 in 54 boys. That new rate would be an increase from the previous 1 in 110 reported two years ago by the CDC’s ADDM (Autism Developmental Disabilities Monitoring) Network. This would only be the latest uptick in the autism rate reported by CDC, as the disorder was diagnosed in 1 in 10,000 in the 1960s, and the rate was virtually zero before 1930.

GlaxoSmithKline Argentina Laboratories company was fined 400,000 pesos by Judge Marcelo Aguinsky following a report issued by the National Administration of Medicine, Food and Technology (ANMAT in Spanish) for the killing of 14 babies during illegal lab vaccine trials conducted between 2007 and 2008.

Likewise, two doctors -Héctor Abate, and Miguel Tregnaghi- were fined with 300,000 pesos each for irregularities during the studies.

The charges included experimenting with human beings, falsifying parental authorizations so babies could participate in vaccine-trials conducted by the laboratory from 2007 to 2008.

Since 2007, 15,000 children under the age of one from Mendoza, San Juan and Santiago del Estero have been included in the research protocol, a statement of what the study is trying to achieve. Babies were recruited from poor families that attended to public hospitals.

A total of 7 babies died in Santiago del Estero; 5 in Mendoza; and 2 in San Juan.

This is important. If you think that a vaccinated person cannot get whooping cough, in the most severe manner, think again. Most babies over the age of 6 months who get whooping cough are fully and “appropriately” vaccinated. Pertussis is admittedly, even by the vaccine enthusiasts, primarily spread by vaccinated children, adolescents and adults, who have inadequate immunity. Regardless, they will still say the problem is not with the vaccine, but rather with too few doses of vaccine. However, conventional medicine’s own scientific studies demonstrate that bacterial clearance and immune response is not as efficient in the vaccinated, in particular with the acellular pertussis vaccine. When pertussis is left to take its normal course in the community, the supposedly vulnerable infants that the vaccinationists scream and yell about, are protected by maternal antibodies and mother’s milk until they are old enough to process the disease on their own. ...

In letters to Colorado public health officials, the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) opposes a rule requiring workers in health care facilities to have an annual influenza vaccination or lose their jobs. Workers who had a rare religious or medical exemption would be required to wear a mask in patient care areas from November through March.

The religious exemption is too narrowly drawn, AAPS writes, and should be a philosophical exemption, as accepted in many states, to “to avoid inquisitions into matters of faith.” The mask requirement “seems to be nothing more than a punitive retaliation against those who decline the vaccine” and should be dropped, the AAPS letter states, as both immunized and nonimmunized individuals can transmit influenza or other illnesses.

This is in response to unsupported mainstream media claims that vaccine exemptions caused the recent Whooping Cough ("pertussis") epidemic. Those claims were made by omitting the obvious toxicology of pertussis epidemics.

I have created a table (see below) with toxicological data included with pertussis data for California. The table demonstrates that pest quarantines (implicit pesticide spray programs) correlate well with the recent 2010 pertussis epidemic.

The Food and Drug Administration, a very pro-vaccine government organization, has stopped Merck’s attempts to increase the approved age range for death-linked HPV vaccine Gardasil to 45. It appears that even the FDA is concerned about the effects of the Gardasil immunization, which has been tied to over 49 deaths along with countless negative reactions that have led to hospitalizations and crippled health.

The FDA stated that clinical data presented by Merck, the creator of the vaccine, failed to show that Gardasil effectively prevented infections in women 27 to 45 years old. This is particularly shocking due to the fact that pharmaceutical companies oftentimes illegally alter the numeric turnouts of studies regarding the effectiveness and safety of their drugs and immunizations. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has become aware of recommendations made by the Finland National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) to discontinue vaccination with Pandemrix, an adjuvanted H1N1 influenza vaccine, while an investigation is conducted looking into the observed rise in cases of narcolepsy among children and adolescents, mainly in Sweden and Finland. This vaccine was developed specifically for pandemic 2009 H1N1 influenza (this past flu season). A different influenza vaccine will be used in Europe during the upcoming influenza season. Narcolepsy is a chronic neurological disorder caused by the brain’s inability to regulate sleep-wake cycles normally.

Pandemrix is not licensed for use in the United States. No adjuvanted influenza vaccines are licensed in the United States. The European Medicines Agency has launched a review of Pandemrix to investigate whether there is a link between cases of narcolepsy and vaccination with Pandemrix. This vaccine has been used in at least 30.8 million Europeans.

Let me start with the Big Lies. An organization called Families Fighting Flu has for months been running radio ads citing 1,200 U.S. children die from the flu each year, but even the CDC admits on its Fluview website less than 100 American kids (under age 16) died last flu season from "flu-associated" illness, with most already having severely compromised chronic health conditions (Yet, even 100 pediatric flu-associated pediatric deaths indicts U.S. flu protocols as next door Canada last year had but six pediatric flu-associated deaths, all associated with severe prior health conditions).

The second Big Lie run for over 15 years was the CDC publicizing 36,000 Americans died each year from the flu, but last Spring CDC finally admitted their annual flu-associated deaths were vastly overestimated so now it's down around an annual 3,000+ flu-associated deaths. Thus, CDC admits it has been off by a factor of twelve (12) for 15 years, yet mainstream media gives them a free pass and also ignores mortality is associated with flu, almost never a direct cause.

American's mass media and Health Leaders are currently, touting virtually everybody get flu shots, including 6-month old babies getting two doses, the first at 6 months, the second four weeks later. But, "down under" Australia and New Zealand are at the end of their flu season, with their populace very leery of taking flu shots ("jabs" in their parlance) after last year's mass-poisoning by the jabs to Aussie children. Their flu-associated morbidity/mortality numbers reveal (again) without equivocation the uselessness (and toxicity) of toxin-laden flu shots - and, as usual, are simply ignored by U.S. leaders sticking with their obsession of injecting toxins into human flesh.

Andrew Wakefield was smeared, his reputation trashed, his career torched, and his work labeled every negative thing conceivable—including fraud. The Lancet pulled his work off their site; they disappeared it. Everything conceivable was done to discredit Wakefield’s work and make it disappear. So why are researchers who have disavowed Wakefield and his work, and who have stated that it isn’t replicable, now citing his papers extensively? The health authorities have discovered that more than 78 per cent of confirmed polio cases in Pakistan involved children who had been administered polio drops. Officials at the National Polio Control Program said that the incidence of polio in the country had risen during the past three years, adding that they suspected that the vaccine may have lost its effectiveness after being stored at incorrect temperatures.

However, the CDC’s own data shows that it is possible for children to develop polio from the oral vaccine itself:

The lesson of these outbreaks is that the modern medical paradigm is deeply flawed. Now it's caught with its knickers down and no decent explanation, since those it claims to have protected are victims.

Incidents of whooping cough have been growing more and more common since the mid-nineties, according to a report in the American Journal of Nursing(1) Those most likely to be infected are infants. However, there has been an increasing trend to the disease in adolescents and adults.

On Thursday, August 18th, 2011, a meeting was held in Washington, DC hosted by John Thompson - Deputy Director, Office of Environmental Policy, U.S. Department of State. It was very eventful.

MEDICS have finally found answers over why a seven-year-old was struck down by a mystery illness which left her disabled.

According to an article released in the Times yesterday, the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI) have linked up none other than GlaxoSmithKline to sell cheap, left over vaccines.

How the scheme works is by GAVI agreeing to purchase significant volumes of vaccines over a number of years – in this case 125 million doses of Rotarix between now and 2016.

UK’s Prime Minister David Cameron is due to host the GAVI conference in London next week to discuss how to raise more than £2.25 billion for immunization programmes over the next four years. This is because GlaxoSmithKline have lowered the price of their rotavirus vaccine for the third world.

The shocking truth about aluminium (aluminum) in vaccines from UK government documents

In September 2010 the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, MHRA, which is the government agency responsible for regulating medicines and medical devices in the UK, reported that there was a risk of aluminium exposure caused by calcium gluconate injection 10% in 10ml glass containers. Calcium Gluconate is licensed for use in certain acute conditions such as hypocalcaemia and cardiac resuscitation. It has been found that Calcium Gluconate solution in glass vials contains almost 200 times more aluminium than Calcium Gluconate in plastic vials; this is due to the solution leeching aluminium from the glass.

Examples of vaccine containment include Pluserix vaccine, manufactured by Smith-Kline Rit, SA, gained Product License No. 002/0166 in 1988 under the Medicines Act 1968 and is described on the Part 1 Schedule as being contained in neutral type 1 glass vials with bromobutyl rubber stoppers, aluminium overcaps and flip-off tops, along with the diluent in neutral type 1 glass ampoules or vials with butyl rubber stoppers and aluminium overcaps. Immravax, manufactured by Institut Merieux, received Product Licence No. 6765/0020 in 1989 which describes the vaccine as being contained in single or multidose glass vials. Infanrix, the Hib DTP-IPV vaccine of GlaxoSmithKline uses glass vials. Meningitec manufactured by Wyeth is also stored in glass vials. The recently hyped H1N1 vaccine issued in millions of doses prepared in glass vials each containing 10 individual patient doses; in Chicago alone more than 100,000 persons were inoculated with that vaccine; will Chicago experience an associated increase in mental deterioration as neurological effects take hold amongst that vaccinated group?

RESULTS: Overall, 29% and 14% received ≥1 dose and ≥3 doses of vaccine: 14.5% and 3.0% among 11-12 year old girls, and 34.8% and 18.7% among 13-17 year olds, respectively. Hispanics had higher uptake of ≥1 dose (odds ratio (OR) 1.63, 95% confidence interval (CI) 1.22-2.17) than whites. Having received an influenza shot in the past year and parents' awareness of the vaccine were significantly associated with receiving ≥1 dose (OR 1.88, 95% CI 1.51-2.33 and OR 16.57, 95% CI 10.95-25.06) and ≥3 doses (OR 1.48, 95% CI 1.13-1.92 and OR 10.60, 95% CI 5.95-18.88). A separate multivariate model based on girls who initiated the vaccine did not identify any significant correlates of 3-dose series completion. Among parents of unvaccinated girls, 60% were not interested in vaccinating their daughters and mentioned three main reasons: "does not need vaccine" (25.5%), "worried about safety" (19.3%) and "does not know enough about vaccine" (16.6%). Of those who were interested, 53.7% would pay $360-$500 for the vaccination, while 41.7% preferred to receive it at a much lower cost or free.

Pneumonia jabs for the over-65s are to be scrapped by the Government because they do not save lives.

I grow weary of people who continually want “proof” that vaccines cause harm and can cause autism. Every year the insistence for “More research!! Webster defines proof as "something that induces certainty or establishes validity." What level of "proof" yet needs to be demonstrated that will be described as definitive confirmation? A long-awaited study of autism prevalence in Korea came out today in the The American Journal of Psychiatry. Most of the information we have about autism prevalence comes from the US, the UK and Europe, so many were looking at this as the “Korean Study”. It is that, and very much more.

The results? A much higher prevalence estimate than previously found, along with a large fraction of the autistic students previously unidentified and being educated in regular education programs.

Pediatric Academic Societies’ Annual Meeting 2011

New data suggest that metabolic bone disease, not child abuse, may be the cause of multiple unexplained fractures in some infants.

“Classic metaphyseal lesions, posterior rib fractures and fractures in different stages of healing are thought to be pathognomonic for child abuse,” researchers wrote. “However, we believe these findings can also be seen in metabolic bone disease of infancy.”

“Careful review of the X-rays with attention to the predisposing factors that can impair fetal and infant bone mineralization is critical to avoid an erroneous diagnosis of child abuse,” they wrote. “We do not believe that most [classical metaphyseal lesions] are fractures, but rather are regions of non-mineralized osteoid in healing [metabolic bone disease in infancy].”

On February 22, 2011, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Bruesewitz v. Wyeth that vaccine makers are immune from lawsuits charging that the design of a vaccine is defective. Many physicians and public health organizations applauded this outcome, believing that it will help to ensure the availability and promote the appropriate use of childhood vaccines. Others worry about what it may mean for patients’ rights.

... in 1986, Congress enacted the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA), establishing a no-fault compensation system (“vaccine court”) for children who were harmed by adverse events following vaccine administration, as long as there was evidence that the vaccine actually caused the problem. The system is expert-driven, and there are no jury trials. Compensation covers the costs of medical expenses, projected lost earnings, and up to $250,000 for pain and suffering but does not include punitive damages. It is paid out of taxes levied on each dose of vaccine. Although the NCVIA permits plaintiffs to reject an outcome and file a claim in court, its key preemption provision says that “no vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death . . . if the injury or death resulted from side effects that were unavoidable even though the vaccine was properly prepared and was accompanied by proper directions and warnings.”

Poul Thorsen, indicted last week (HERE) by US Attorneys for embezzling tax payers money via the Centers for Disease Control, also received $1 Million in funding through an Autism Speaks grant in 2008 (HERE). Now Autism Speaks is trying to hide their Thorsen affiliation. Why is that?

Families across the country work diligently to raise money for Autism Speaks at over 80 walks per year, despite the knowledge that Autism Speaks' research approach has always been to supplement projects currently underway by the CDC and NIH. This arrangement between Autism Speaks and the CDC/NIH amounts to a supplemental federal tax. However, walkers are willing to contribute, and individuals can light their money on fire by contributing at walks if they want.

Poul Thorsen crafted the plan to use Denmark vaccination data despite the fact that CDC, Thorsen and the NAAR board all knew that Denmark's vaccine schedule then, and now, is not remotely similar to the US vaccine schedule. The results of the Denmark studies helped the CDC out of a tough spot and over the past decade, Thorsen's studies were utilized by the CDC repeatedly to falsely reassure the American public about the safety of vaccines. A Danish man was indicted Wednesday on charges of wire fraud and money laundering for allegedly concocting a scheme to steal more than $1 million in autism research money from the Atlanta-based Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The indictment charges Poul Thorsen, 49, with 13 counts of wire fraud and nine counts of money laundering. The wire fraud counts each carry a maximum of 20 years in prison and the money laundering counts each carry a maximum of 10 years in prison, with a fine of up to $250,000 for each count.

Reuters reports that US prosecutors have indicted and seek the extradition of Aarhus University, Denmark’s MMR/mercury & autism researcher Poul Thorsen 49, on 13 counts of wire fraud and nine counts of money laundering. This relates to monies paid to Thorsen by the US Centers for Disease Control including for research into the relationship between autism and exposure to vaccines. Thorsen used the stolen money to buy a home in Atlanta, a Harley Davidson motorcycle and two cars, prosecutors said.

The Pediatric Infectious Diseases Society recently issued a position statement that “opposes any legislation or regulation that would allow children to be exempted from mandatory immunizations based simply on their parents’, or in the case of adolescents, their own, secular personal beliefs.”

In the statement, Christopher J. Harrison, MD, of the Pediatric Infectious Diseases Society (PIDS), and others, including Infectious Diseases in Children Editorial Board member Paul A. Offit, MD, said any legislation being considered should contain certain provisions; notably, that parents who are claiming exemptions be given counseling about the importance of immunization to their own child, as well as the community overall, and that parents would have to sign a statement that they understand the risks of not immunizing their child.

A Southwest Florida father is suing the Lee County School District over its immunization policy.

Acupuncture physician Robert Murdoch has not had his two teenagers vaccinated.

After extensive research, he's decided vaccines are not effective and even down-right toxic because some include mercury, aluminum and formaldehyde.

"People are being coerced into a medical treatment that has very suspect science behind it," he explains.

The school district granted his kids exemptions so they could go to school, but you'd never know you had that right by looking at the district's website.

Robert made a personal appeal to Superintendent Browder in hopes of making the exemptions known to parents, but his request was rejected.

And that's why he is suing, he wants you to know there are exemptions to the immunization requirement.

Well worth noting is the fact that Merck ceased supplying the single measles, mumps and rubella vaccines in the United States over ten years later, in October 2009[4].

Because of inconsistent testing results and non-availability of pre-1998 data, it is near impossible to define a trend or to draw conclusions regarding confirmed measles cases; yet the relatively few confirmed cases of measles in the UK received an inordinate amount of publicity that always included extensive blame of Dr. Wakefield, particularly as his GMC hearing approached.

While this was happening in England, multiple measles outbreaks were being reported worldwide, sometimes in highly vaccinated populations.

Official statistics from the United Kingdom Health Protection Agency show that:

(NaturalNews) Controversy over the safety of the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine has led to a resolution to end mandates requiring young girls to receive it. If passed by the Virginia state Senate, a bill recently passed by the Virginia House of Delegates will end mandates put into place in 2007 requiring 11- and 12-year-old girls to receive the HPV vaccine before entering sixth grade.

"We just want to make sure parents are evaluating the risks of what they're giving their daughters, and not a legislative body," said Del. Kathy J. Byron (R-Lynchburg), sponsor of the bill. "I don't think that we have the medical degree to make those decisions."

The House voted 61-33 to end the mandate, leaving only Washington D.C. with HPV vaccine mandates. Texas Gov. Rick Perry attempted to mandate the HPV vaccine for young girls in 2007 through an executive order, but lawmakers effectively blocked it.

The paper published this week in Pediatrics reported the curious finding that increased mercury exposure from thimerosal in vaccines actually decreased the risk of having an autism diagnosis.

Study Limitations
There are two primary deficiencies in the study methodology which would lead to the curious finding of a protective, rather than a harmful effect of early thimerosal exposure found in the study. Unvaccinated children were more likely to be male than female. Annually, ∼17 000 children were unvaccinated. The largest numbers of unvaccinated children lived in counties in California, Illinois, New York, Washington, Pennsylvania, Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Utah, and Michigan. States that allowed philosophical exemptions to laws mandating vaccinations for children as they entered school had significantly higher estimated rates of unvaccinated children.

In 2001, 62.8% of US children 19 to 35 months of age were fully immunized with all the vaccines that were recommended at that time. It was estimated that 3 children per thousand had never received any vaccines (unvaccinated). The study found marked differences in the characteristics between children who were completely unvaccinated, those that either received some vaccines, and those who were fully vaccinated as recommended.

Children who had received some but not all recommended doses (undervaccinated) tended to be black and had a younger, often-unmarried mother who had less education than fully immunized children. These underimmunized children were more likely to live in a household below the poverty level, with more children, and had moved across state lines.

Compared to undervaccinated children, unvaccinated children were more likely to be non-Hispanic white, have a mother who was older, married and who had a college degree. These children were more likely to live in a household with an annual income exceeding $75,000.
